Set in Nishijin, Villa Front Kyoto Seimei ヴィラフロント京都晴明 offers accommodation with a flat-screen TV and a kitchen. A microwave and kettle are also featured. The room was amazing. Very close with the bus stop and Family Mart. The electric was completely. I recommend this place for everyone visiting.

Niché dans un quartier résidentiel paisible, le Kyoto Brighton Hotel se situe en plein cœur de la ville, à 5 minutes à pied du Palais impérial. Toutes ses chambres sont non-fumeurs et insonorisées. My room was large with a very big shower and tub area and full size soaking tub. Everything was updated and the mattress was very comfortable. The room had everything I needed, including a small fridge and a handy in-room safety box. Breakfast was included with my room and I could choose between the excellent Japanese breakfast in the Japanese restaurant overlooking a garden, or opt for the Western-style buffet which featured made to order eggs and omelets and a wide array of delicious options. I liked the location near the Gosho Imperial Palace and the Marutamachi subway station. When I was feeling lazy I took the free shuttle to Oike/Karasuma, where I could catch two different subways (east-west and north-south). The open atrium in the center featured a coffee shop/bar and was a pleasant place to chat with friends. I used to live in Kyoto and this is one of my favorite parts of town, very convenient yet quiet. I can speak Japanese, but was glad that the front desk staff included some very good English speakers. I found the staff at this hotel very friendly and professional throughout the property. After staying for one week, I found it very hard to leave. I will definitely be back.

Room was super spacious and clean. Great bathtub and water pressure! Sometimes it takes ages for warm water to come out but here it was almost instantaneous which was awesome. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice :)

Situé à Kyoto, à 1,1 km du château de Nijo et à 1,7 km du centre, le Rinn Shiki Juraku propose un hébergement climatisé avec connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et jardin. This is a great place to stay for when you want to have your own private quiet space (and a bit more space than a typical hotel room), but still want to be cared for by hotel-like staff. We landed on this place because I wanted to stay in a typical Ryokan, but my husband wanted his own bathroom. It was the best stay of our Japan trip out of 3 hotels that were all far above average. It feels very secluded and private, there are around 10 apartments in total and everyone has their own entrance. There's a coin washing machine as well. There is a small breakfast buffet with really great coffee and they provide some free snacks during the day as well I believe. All in all it feels really kind and caring.

Excellent petit hôtel dans un "machiya" parfaitement aménagé : - Quartier non rempli de touristes et représentatif de la vie locale accessible en bus, un peu loin des trains/metros mais comme une très grande partie de la ville ou la desserte train/metro reste limitée - Excellent acceuil, bon conseils de restos et visites, possibilité de petit déjeuner local - Dortoir bien aménagé avec grands lits et excellente intimité, de très bon rapport qualité/prix L'adresse parfaite pour découvrir Kyoto !

Great place though one has to walk 500m to the nearby bus stop. There is no nearby railway metro but still bus services serve the purpose. I highly recommend the property. Amazing experience that we will remember all our life. The futons were so confortable, the design of the room, and the garden. The breakfast was great. I dream about coming back and relax :)
