Hyggelig personale selv om det var vanskelig å få gitt beskjeder eller spørre om ting da resepsjonen var stengt store deler av dagen.

Set in Nishijin, Villa Front Kyoto Seimei ヴィラフロント京都晴明 offers accommodation with a flat-screen TV and a kitchen. A microwave and kettle are also featured. The room was amazing. Very close with the bus stop and Family Mart. The electric was completely. I recommend this place for everyone visiting.

In a prime location in the centre of Kyoto, THE JUNEI HOTEL Kyoto Imperial Palace West provides Asian breakfast and free WiFi. This small boutique hotel is located in quite area of Kyoto, close to the imperial palace. The staff made our stay very pleasant and were always ready to accommodate any request or questions we had. The rooms where large even by western standards, more than 40 m2 and the bathroom with the tub was wonderful. Also it in a very quiet location so there is no noise of any kind.

Absolutely everything was great and we will stay again when we return to Japan Room was so spacious with a gorgeous little garden view TV has Netflix, YouTube ect bathroom was gorgeous

Located in Kyoto, 1.1 km from Nijo Castle and 1.7 km from the centre, Rinn Shiki Juraku provides air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi, and a garden. This is a great place to stay for when you want to have your own private quiet space (and a bit more space than a typical hotel room), but still want to be cared for by hotel-like staff. We landed on this place because I wanted to stay in a typical Ryokan, but my husband wanted his own bathroom. It was the best stay of our Japan trip out of 3 hotels that were all far above average. It feels very secluded and private, there are around 10 apartments in total and everyone has their own entrance. There's a coin washing machine as well. There is a small breakfast buffet with really great coffee and they provide some free snacks during the day as well I believe. All in all it feels really kind and caring.

Set in Kyoto, 1.4 km from Nijo Castle and 2.3 km from the centre, Ryokan Tanoya offers air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi, and a garden. The ryokan was simply stunning. Facilities were really well kept, traditional Japanese house. The lady in charge of the ryokan was an absolute delight, super kind, attentive and helpful. She helped us receive our luggage through Yamato while we were out enjoying the city, she helped us forward our luggage through Yamato as well and she was an AMAZING host. Also the traditional breakfast offered was delicious!
