It was spacious and very clean (big enough to accomodate two big open suitcases). The lobby staff all spoke English. The baths were also spacious and clean. Every floor has a vending machine which is also awesome. When it was time to leave the staff took care of measuring our luggage and filling out the form to send our luggage to our next hotel. When I lost my credit card and it was found by the police, the staff called my room and let me know then they printed out a map and gave me clear instructions on where to go to get it back. All in all, my stay here was very plesant and me and my spouse intend to stay with them again in the future.

Great location easy access to cafes, bars. Good size room for Haoan. We were very comfortable. It has a lounge with snacks, laundry facilities. Restaurant on site. Everything is new built late last year. A great stay. Would highly recommend it.

We stayed in Kyoto for 4 nights. We easily moved around by local public transport, and it was easy to move around. The location was ideal, near the train stations and everything else!!! The breakfast was great! Staff are fantastic and extremely helpful with all of our requirements, whether we ask for ideas on where to have dinner or anything else.

And the location exactly what you need . They had very good breakfast . And the was a room to smoke . The employees were very helpful with everything and very friendly . They have also a small area for kids to play and read books . They have thought about everything . It was are most pleasant stay in all Japan .
