I loved the classic hotel check in process and atmosphere. Everything was well organized at check in and check out. I liked having the breakfast buffet available just downstairs. The bed was very comfortable and the desk and entire room had adequate lighting. They gave a fresh yukata and towels daily. The public bath was wonderful! I loved that they had an open air section and everything was clean and just as wonderful as I expected. I have some tattoos, so the front desk gives guests two free stickers to cover your tattoos with. And the location was GREAT! Just a 3 min walk from the Osaka station.

I came in out of a downpour to check in, was soaking wet and the thoughtful staff welcomed me with a towel to dry off first thing. Later, when I went out for food, staff directed me to where they keep the umbrellas for visitor use. The thoughtfulness didn't stop there... my room was detailed down to the crisply clean and pleated shower curtain. A choice of nine different kind pillows, pajamas and green tea helped make be feel right at home here.

We had a great time staying here. The breakfast was awesome! We had great Japanese breakfast which was different everyday. We stayed for 3 nights. The breakfast combination was really nice. Staff was lovely.
