I couldn't have been more happier than what I recieved. First of all, the staff were the most friendly, warm and welcoming people I met in Japan, from making sure you have everything you need to even opening the elevator door for you, they surely do exceed to give the best impression and make your stay at Hotel NOUM the easiest, most relaxing experience possible. All staff spoke amazing English and I never had any trouble communicating with them. And then the room, I booked a Single Room with Shared Bathroom and River View, it was AMAZING! Super clean, big, lots of space for moving around and places out of the way to put your suitcase. It was super fresh and bright, and had everything you needed; big bed with pajamas, good air conditioning/heating, a desk and comfy chair, a full size mirror, a sink with fresh towels and flannels, lots of lights, power outlets everywhere, and the most minimalist, simple decor that was relaxing to look at. The showers and toilets were all super clean like everywhere else in the hotel, good pressure and the fragrance of the soap/shampoo/conditioner was sooooo nice and calming. The cafe, combined with reception, on the first floor served amazing breakfast, you get a plate, a fresh juice and a tea/coffee. I included breakfast in my stay which I think was a good idea because there are not many other places I noticed in the area open early in the morning. Everything I ate was tasty, and it was always a good vibe and atmosphere in the cafe/reception. And yes, they have great services such as laundy room, refrigerators/freezer, a rooftop terrace, a baggage room for before/after check out, and of course the cafe.

Situated along the Okawa River renowned for beautiful cherry blossoms, Imperial Hotel Osaka is a prestigious 5-star hotel with elegant guest rooms, a fitness centre and various fine dining options. Everything! We traveled Japan for twenty two days and decided to spend our last five days at the Osaka Imperial Hotel because we had had a great experience at the Tokyo Imperial Hotel in the past, and the hotel did not disappoint us; everything was just as expected: staff service was impeccable, as was the food; delicious breakfast was provided simultaneously in different areas with multiple choices. Dinner service was also incredible; our favorite was the teppanyaki dinner including abalone and Kobe beef. We liked that the Couvert cafe offered lighter dishes when we did not feel like eating a big meal. The hotel is located at a peaceful area of Kita, approximately 5.4 Km from Shin-Kobe station -we paid 2000 yen (approx. US$14.00) for an easy taxi ride. The hotel provides a free shuttle to Osaka Train Station (Umeda) every 20 minutes throughout the day, which was very convenient to go shopping and accessing the trains and metro/subway). We flew back to the USA out of ITAMI airport, and paid US$60.00 for the taxi ride. Overall, it was a very relaxing stay after traveling the Bullet Train system for a couple of weeks!

Matatagpuan sa Osaka, nag-aalok ang Harmonie Embrassee ng libreng WiFi sa buong accommodation. everything was amazing from A-Z. We took the Ever White room and couldn't be more pleased! Balcony view was so breathtaking, needless to stay the bathroom jacuzzi looking out to the buildings in Osaka city centre. Their bath ameneties was tip top too! 1st class service was provided throughout even before you step into the hotel.

Only a 5-minute walk from JR Osaka Train Station, InterContinental Osaka is located at the newly developed Grand Front Osaka. Everything was perfect. We always stay here when we visit Osaka. This is our 4th stay.

Situated in Osaka and with Catholic Osaka Umeda Church reachable within 400 metres, Hotel Hankyu International features concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi throughout the... Great 5 star hotel, some part of this hotel might look dated, yet the service is superb. The room size is great as per Japanese standard. In general, we had a great stay. The location can be more centred, but we don’t care a few extra minutes walk after a good meal.

Great location, very close to Osaka railway station and metro station, also very convenient to find a nice restaurant as food street is just out of the hotel.
