We loved the fresh, fun feel of the hotel. Each floor is colour themed for great visual presentation. Check in and out was easy and the rooms were comfortable with good fixtures and fittings. The location suited us and we found it easy to navigate from their to wherever we were headed by train.

The staff were really helpful! I travelled with a 16 month old and they tried to help me as much as they could! I loved it 😊

Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr sauber und modern. Es hat eine gute Lage und man erreicht schnell die Bahnstation oder kann mal kurz um die Ecke einkaufen gehen. Die Zimmer waren klimatisiert und sehr sauber. In der Lobby bekommt man kostenlos Kaffee, Tee oder Reiseutensilien, wie Rasierer oder kleine Tücher. Wir waren während der Golder Week da und der Preis war einfach super gut. Für die Ausstattung und Lage absolut gerechtfertigt.

We loved the cleanliness and the aesthetics of the hotel. The hotel was also conveniently located to the subway to get around Tokyo. When we arrived, we needed to have a different bed layout other than the one that we had originally seen online. The hotel graciously accommodated us. At the end of our trip, one of our party needed to extend their stay by one night and the hotel was able to accommodate that change too.
