We loved the fresh, fun feel of the hotel. Each floor is colour themed for great visual presentation. Check in and out was easy and the rooms were comfortable with good fixtures and fittings. The location suited us and we found it easy to navigate from their to wherever we were headed by train.

Everything was new, clean and in good condition. The bed was comfortable, toiletries were offered down stairs and the staff was very nice and accommodating. They kept our luggage stored even after check out. Location was great and very close to the subway station.

The hotel was also conveniently located to the subway to get around Tokyo. When we arrived, we needed to have a different bed layout other than the one that we had originally seen online. The hotel graciously accommodated us. At the end of our trip, one of our party needed to extend their stay by one night and the hotel was able to accommodate that change too.

It was close to the train station. I like the sustainability efforts of the hotel. The staff were absolutely wonderful. Thank you for a great stay.
