The hotel staff was absolutely amazing, always very nice to answer any of our questions, and arranging for us without notice taxis, as well as providing us with hotel information cards with the address so we could show taxis to facilitate coming back without having language issues. Also restaurant recommendations were on-point. The room was large and very clean and well equipped, and the views were also amazing. Location near Shimbashi makes it easy to move around the city via Train as well, and there are loads of restaurants nearby.

Very helpful hotel staff. What we liked most is its proximity to the train station and limousine bus stop. The hotel is also a couple of blocks away from the Ginza's main shopping street, Chuo Dori.
