The staff was very nice and I felt welcomed. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was very easy to get to and from here & the food in the area was delicious.

Sotetsu Fresa Inn Ochanomizu Jimbocho dibuka pada bulan Februari 2015, dan terletak sejauh 4 menit jalan kaki dari Pintu Keluar A7 Stasiun Kereta Bawah Tanah Jimbocho. Everything was perfect. Location was really convenient. Stuff very kind. Awesome stay.

The hotel is very large and busy but the way they handle their check in process made it very efficient and organized. Good location, very short walk to 3 different train stations. Big mall with plenty of food options nearby.

Staff was very helpful when i had troubles for my delayed luggage. they helped me contact the courier and assured that they'll call me if there are any news about it. Location of hotel was very nice, walking distance to Tokyo dome, which was very convenient during the eras tour.

How great the location is. Fantasic places to eat a 5 minute walk away, hotel was super clean, staff were friendly and it had a 7-11 over the road for breakfast. Just a 3-minute walk from Suidobashi Subway Station, the b suidobashi offers rooms with free internet and an attached bathroom. I appreciated how convenient this hotel was located to the Tokyo Dome, where I was seeing a K-Pop concert. The hotel is also centrally located between two metro stops (a 5-min walk to one and about a 10-min walk to the other). Plenty of dining options and konbini stores were within walking distance as well. They also provide free soft-serve ice cream every night in the lobby, which was an unexpected bonus! The hotel is modest yet clean, with a modern design, and the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly!
