The hotel is strategically located and very convenient. The subway, bus and KTX station is just walking distance. Also, shopping and restaurants are closed by. The hotel room is spacious, cozy, clean and elegant. The staffs are very accommodating and speaks English well. I really commend their customer service and the Manager is really nice! Gave us better suggestions or alternatives of places to visit. He even took time to arrange our transpo from hotel to the airport. Lastly, don't forget to try their coffee at the lobby, it was priced reasonably and tasted good! I will surely stay at this hotel again, if I'm back in Busan.

The hotel was excellent. The hotel seems to be quite new as the facilities did not show any signs of much use. Just a 5 minute walk from Busanjin subway station, Prime Tourist offers air conditioned rooms with a cable TV and private bathroom. It houses a coffee shop the offers light refreshments. everything. it was warm, big, comfortable, even they had an official process of keeping luggage after checkout for those who have a ticket for later hours. the host was so so kind and caring. the environment was so clean and luxury. it was near busan station and bust stop and subway. room had nice view of the street.
