I loved the friendly staff, very clean room and service provided was excellent. Our towels were always changed, bed made and garbage always removed! The stay was amazing! The hotel rooms were street front but there was no noise, it was comforting to sleep and little to no noise.

RYSE, Autograph Collection is located in the bustling Hongdae district, 300 metres from Exit 9 of Hongik University Subway Station (Line 2, Airport Railroad and Gyeongui-Jungang Line). The staff was excellent! Helpful in all our concerns and requests. Especially the Greet Team (Phoebe in particular) who assisted us in restaurant reservations and suggestions. Will highly recommend RYSE to my family/friends : )

LOTTE City Hotel Mapo is located above five levels of shops and clinics, and offers an indoor pool, a fitness centre and a car park. Location is great at the Gongdeok subway station, supermarket is downstair, food street is nearby, got self laundry coin room. Breakfast is good. Will stay again in the future visits to Seoul
