A brilliant concept. I had the best 2 nights sleep here, lovely and quiet. Comfortable beds. Plenty of seating. Tea and coffee facilities, microwave and fridge. Welcoming host. easy walk to bus and train station. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend

3-stjerners Dodo Hotel tilbyr rimelige og enkle rom i et rolig område utenfor Riga sentrum. Hvert rom har eget bad, TV og kostnadsfri Wi-Fi. Rommene på Dodo er designet i mørke, men varme farger. Mye bra for å være en lavbudsjett hotel. Bra forkommelighet til sentrum. Relativt god standart på rommet med tanke på at dette er en lavpris hotell.

Aparthotel Amella ligger i Riga, i nærheten av Sentralmarkedet i Riga, Vērmane-hagen og Den latviske nasjonaloperaen, og har en fellessalong. We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights mid December. The hotel is 15 minutes’ walk off the Old Town of Riga and all the main sites. The place is rather quiet. It has cozy and neat apartments done with style, which has been equipped with all necessary stuff as a kettle, coffee machine, induction cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine, safe, flat TV, hair dryer, all the cutlery and kitchenware, etc. Also the dispensables are provided such as tea/coffee, washing and hygiene accessories, bottled water. The lobby also offers free tea / coffee facilities and recreational zone. The frontdesk personnel are welcoming and helpful. The overall impression is very positive and we do recommend that this stay be considered as a decent choice to spend your time comfortably in Riga.
