Located within The Londoner Macao on the Cotai Strip, Conrad Macao features luxurious rooms with pool or city views. It offers 4 food and beverage options, a gym and a spa. Although the hotel was more than 10 years old, it is very well maintained. We were welcome by a very heart-warming and patient front desk staff. We booked a standard suite but the hotel upgraded us to a King suite with excellent internal decor. Housekeeping staff were also very diligent in making our room and attentive to our requests.

Staff were always ready to answer questions, help us out figure out our itinerary, call taxis for us, carry our bags. Before we slept, Arvin made sure that our beds and room, down to tiny details were perfect and smelling oh so good! Joseph and Rose were always ready to answer our questions and were proactive in meeting our needs. Leo, Daniel and Joseph made sure the hotel felt like home to us by greeting us with ready smiles and bidding us goodbye before we left. This is a hotel that will definitely feel like home to me and my family!
