He worked really hard and was very smart in solving a tough problem with the other hotel. Edgar was super helpful and took care of everything quickly and smoothly. He knew exactly what to do and made sure I was happy with everything. I'm so thankful for his help and I would tell anyone who needs a great concierge to go to him. - David was also very accommodating in other topics. The rest of the staff also seem to be very focused and well trained to ensure good service

The rooms are big and the bed is one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in. We were a bit concerned that it might be noisy given that it's quite close to some main roads, however the rooms are very well isolated so we didn't hear anything from outside. I highly recommend visiting the rooftop bar since it has some very nice views

The hotel has a very special Mexican architecture , rooms have been redone recently and are excellent . Beds very comfortable . We stayed at the club level which includes a great breakfast . The Bifbar restaurant inside the hotel is excellent . The blue bar also .

This design hotel is located in Mexico City's Reforma District, near the Castle of Chapultepec. Suites Contempo features a flat-screen TV, a kitchenette and separate living room. Very comfy bed. The room is very well equipped. Great shower. Excellent location. You have more than 20 restaurants in a 5-block radius. Amicable staff. I would like to specially mention Ruben from the Terraza restaurant. He was extremely helpful every day. The included breakfast was amazing. You have a choice from 7 different dishes, all combined with your selection of tea, coffee, orange or pomegranate juice, muesli and fresh fruit. This place truly punches above its price.
