The staff are lovely and they were really helpful when we arrived at 6.30am jet-lagged and needing coffee. The area is very close to many of the sights such as Zocalo and Palacio de Bellas Artes and restaurants and subway stations. It felt safe walking around the area in the evening and early in the morning. The hotel is basic but comfortable and I would definitely stay there again
