Everything about this hotel was great. Small boutique hotel 9 rooms only 7 of which are sea view we had room N02 top floor. Jero , Myra, Tino and the team are warm and hospital nothing is too much of an issue. All staff make you feel like the family. The facilities etc are great. Food and menu drinks, spot on you must try the Red Snapper. Outside short walk along the road- watch out not lit to all the many restaurants and street food market and stalls. The hotel is quiet and relaxing and far away form the banging dance music We were sorry to leave . will come back. PS GREAT COCKTAILS.

Woow , i don’t even know where to begin, this Hotel will make your vacation worthy. We felt like home, the service is out of this world! Its beauty is way more than perfect in real than on picture! I loved to be here , and i will come by anytime given a chance. Thank you so much guys for everything! They even tuck you in for Bed, they are ready to help you with anything. To Gerardo you were so kind and loving not forgetting Marua , Diego and other names i dont have . Thank you so much

Everything about this place is amazing! The property is stunning, the breakfast is delicious, beds are comfortable, air con in the rooms. The staff are so kind and helpful. We visited as many part of my birthday trip and they made it so special. The pool is beautiful and beach access just across the road. Do yourself a favor and stay here!!

Situated in Tulum, a few steps from South Tulum Beach, Libelula Tulum Beachfront Hotel features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. We stayed at Libelula for 6 nights and were absolutely delighted that we picked it for our first trip to Tulum. It’s a real gem! 😊 The hotel is uniquely calmly located in the Natural Reserve without any neighboring resorts and the beach was simply gorgeous! We upgraded to the nicely decorated Skyroom and enjoyed waking up to the sunset and the sound of the ocean every morning. The owners and staff were all very friendly and helpful plus the food was probably the best we ever had in Mexico! We did have a rental car for the time of our stay which we would highly recommend because the location is slightly remote for visiting the Ruins / Cenotes etc.

Superb property, the concierge team was available via WhatsApp which was really convenient, they helped us book day trips, restaurant reservations etc. one of the best concierge-experiences I've had. Nicely appointed rooms with tons of small details + most importantly a comfy bed + well working ac. The location of the hotel is great, lots of nice restaurants just a short beach walk away.

This was one of our favorite stays ever! Absolutely obsessed with this hotel. It's GORGEOUS and in the perfect location- away from all of the hustle and bustle of the southern parts of Tulum, so you have a little more peace and quiet. Listening to the sounds of the waves crash all nights and the birds chirping in the mornings was perfect. The beds are super comfortable. The pool is great and there's so many places to lounge around. The staff was incredibly nice and super attentive. We were welcomed with complimentary drinks and delicious cookies. The hotel is also a 5 minute walk to some amazing restaurants, and less than two miles from the Tulum Ruins. I have nothing but great things to say about this place.

This boutique hotel is one of the best “Beach Chic” experiences in Tulum. Fun and vibrant, La Zebra is a luxurious haven for all who are looking for an amazing time on the beach. Its really something special. The location near the beach, the room really big and with a view from the ocean, the employees are extremely polite and considerate. The restaurant its really good also!
