It was perfect, clean, cozy, warm. I couldn't ask more. Everyone in the reception were super friendly and helpful. The coffee maker (plus complimentary coffee and tea) and the kettle are a plus. The location was perfect for my stay. Quiet street but near to a very central were you can find anything you need. I was concerned about other reviews regarding the deposit, which was 100€, but it was refunded immediately after checkout, one day or so. I would definitely stay there again.

Overlooking Coolhaven in Rotterdam, this hotel offers functional rooms with free Wi-Fi, a TV and private or shared bathrooms. Hotel Baan features a garden and bar with harbour views. Although very modest, the rooms are incredibly cozy and functional. You have a private toilet and bathroom with the hairdryer inside, clean towels, coffee and tea for breakfast and cold drinks in the hall. The huge window in our room with the view on the canal was the feature I loved the most.

Really good location and really pleasent host. He helped us with all our questions and let us leave our luggage for a few hours after check put. Definitely recommend.

An authentic atmosphere in a marvellous old Dutch house. Very helpful, welcoming, hospitable and friendly hosts. It was just an amazing stay topped of with fresh and lovely bunch of tulips!
