When we got to the room after check in we were really unhappy, the room was suffocating, with the smell of cigarettes and very different from the room we booked and the pictures. From booking to departure our host Ingeborg was welcoming, informative, helpful and accommodating. The apartment was extremely well appointed with lots of personal elements that made the stay feel like home. The apartment was clean, bed comfortable, shower worked well, tv streaming and allocated parking bay. Washing and drying facilities were an added bonus. Easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, public transport and only 10mins from city centre. Great place to stay totally recommend. Is as per advertised photos
