Coming from the USA I found that the accommodations were very much to my liking. Simple, quiet, clean, safe, friendly and near a very large shipping mall within walking distance. I also appreciated the restaurant in the adjacent hotel with buffet breakfasts and buffet dinners.

Clean, smells good and very accommodating staffs. Kudos to the securities and people who work in f and b and lobby. We didn’t expect the free lounge during the siesta time.

All basics you expect can be found in the room. Including a kettle, safe & toothbrushes. The location is quite nice too, right next to the mall. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who doesn't mind spending a little more for a great place to stay. Breakfast is available, but we didn't make use of it.

The hotel is quite new, the lobby smells nice. Rooms are well equipped, the bed is very comfortable and my room had an amazing sight to the city (16th floor). The staff is super kind! I spent 2 weeks here and by the end they remembered me and we even chatted with a few of them. Food is great, there are changes in the breakfast menu every day (although the majority is standard). Very good location, just 5 minutes on foot from the Ayala center, the surrounding area is safe and clean. Ayala has some amazing restaurants too.

I like the location its in Ayala area. The staffs are friendly and very accomodating they alway greet you w/ smile..
