Kind and beautiful receptionist 😊 Very quiet place. I felt like the only guest in the building. Good restaurant next door, fruit sellers nearby and a bank across the road. Stable internet connection. So far the cleanest place I had in Manila in this price category. Normally on all other hotels the pics don't match the reality, but this one does.

This is a perfect place. Lots of restaurants in the area. 3-min walk to the Philippine Heart Center. Place is amazing and very clean.

The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I want to thank Steph at reception. She was so kind and welcoming and lovely to talk to. She’s is an excellent representative of the hotel. Please pass on my gratitude to her.

The room was excellant, the view from the 22nd floor was breathtaking, all the amenities on the room.we visit the spa as well and we choose to have the romantic 3h treatment, excellent experience,many thanks to Ella and her colleague. The breakfast was rich but not for our European taste. The area around full of Malls ,shops,hairsallon, food .Safe . We highly recommend the Novotel
