Our room was very comfortable decently sized. The bathroom floor had heating which was just a delight. The bed was comfortable and the view from the window was decent. The breakfast was also good! Additionally, I had a small request prior to arrival and even though it wasn't essential, the staff had managed to fulfill it which was very highly appreciated! Bear in mind that the hotel is 3 tram stops away from the center. This was perfectly fine with us but maybe for someone it may be an inconvenience. Overall we were really happy with our stay! Great value for what you pay, and no complaints from our side :)

DoubleTree by Hilton Krakow Hotel & Convention Center offers accommodation in Kraków. The property is located 1.3 km from Tauron Arena Kraków. Free Wi-Fi is available. Every room has a flat-screen TV.... I stayed at the 5th floor, it was very quiet. I was even given access to the executive lounge which was very comfortable. What I liked so much, was the spa area - after a long travel, the jaquzzy and hot sauna were just life savers. Parking in the back of the hotel (same as the entrance just the other side of the building and with full access) is free, compared to park in front of the building for exta money (with no added value).

Hampton by Hilton Krakow is located near the Krakow Expo Trade Fair. Krakow’s Old Town is 3,5 km away or a 10-minute taxi ride from the hotel. Kraków Tauron Arena is located 1.3 km from the property. The staff and especially the manager was amazing 😻 I was very angry cause we had flight cancellations and stayed over 2 nights in suspension but she was very helpful and polite and made me feel calm and in peace again by helping me out the best way she could
