The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts / in-room service were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials. Additional thanks to restaurant staff for my birthday cake! Delicious!

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful. Location was perfect.

The owner/host Patricia was a great communicator and kindly let us check in a bit earlier. She met us with the keys and gave us a tour of the property. Her English is impeccible and she had great suggestions for local grocery shopping and restaurants. The views from the dining room and living room of the bridge and river are excellent. Very quiet location but easy access to everthing. The furniture was comfortable, especially the couch which is not always the case at rentals. We have stayed in different neighborhoods and rentals in Lisbon over the years but this one was by far our favorite.
