From the moment I checked-in, I felt welcome, and I have to mention the very attentive staff, especially in the breakfast room. They made sure you never ran out of (well-made) coffee and juice , and if you wanted something else than from the buffet, They would offer you a variety of choises from the menu. Absolutely wonderful breakfast. The room was lovely and at my arrival there was a bottle of water and a plate of pastel de nata. Really nice. I was quite surprised that I had a seaview in the distance from my room on the 3rd floor. The crown in the juvel was the rooftop terrace with heated pool, bar and nice lounge music. I will definately return to Renaissance hotel another time.

Very professional and friendly staff especially Roberto who mapped out all the locations and restaurants to visit in Porto to make our stay most enjoyable. The breakfast was included and very good. Highly recommended.
