From the moment I checked-in, I felt welcome, and I have to mention the very attentive staff, especially in the breakfast room. They made sure you never ran out of (well-made) coffee and juice , and if you wanted something else than from the buffet, They would offer you a variety of choises from the menu. Absolutely wonderful breakfast. The room was lovely and at my arrival there was a bottle of water and a plate of pastel de nata. Really nice. I was quite surprised that I had a seaview in the distance from my room on the 3rd floor. The crown in the juvel was the rooftop terrace with heated pool, bar and nice lounge music. I will definately return to Renaissance hotel another time.

Close to metro station to the airport and amenities. Very professional and friendly staff especially Roberto who mapped out all the locations and restaurants to visit in Porto to make our stay most enjoyable. The breakfast was included and very good. Highly recommended.

Palace Museum Espaço Palmeiras is classified as a Monument of recognized municipal interest. Awarded the “Estrela de Ouro de Excelência”, it sits at the historic center of the city of Porto. Incredible stay at the Palace. Maria and Diana took wonderful care of us. The building is beautiful and interesting. The rooms are relaxing.

The room was lovely, clean and stylish, the breakfast was outstanding! Multiple kinds of pastries, any fruit you could wish for, delicious cappuccino, sunny side eggs, scrambled eggs, orange fresh, omg! I think I had the sweetest watermelon in my life here, whoever gets supply for the breakfast is doing an outstanding job! We were complimented at our check in with some Porto wine and pastries (I love you guys). The hotel stands within a short walk to the main interest points and charming Porto streets starts almost as you exit. I think it was the best hotel experience I've ever had!
