The hotel had just been open a few months after a complete renovation/remodel and everything was new and in excellent condition. We were upgraded to a bigger room which was really nice. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the doorman. The location was excellent for walk about in the tourist areas of Porto.

We had wonderful short stay in this hotel . Everything was amazing,from the first minute we arrived till we left . All team working in the hotel is super friendly , professional and helpful . Special thanks to Erica Oliveira,from moment we arrived she made us feel welcomed. All waiters in restaurant was above and beyond. Breakfast have plenty options for everyone ,so you don't feel boring . Quality of food is great as well . Room and bathroom is super clean,cozy(bed and pillows are just super super comfy )stylish ,you have everything you need . But even if you need anything else ,like us needed slippers ,you just need to ask in reception( as Erica said on our arrival - if you need anything ,we are here to help you ,just let us know)and they will help you out immediately. As well I wanted to thank for my birthday gift . After long day out was so nice to come into the room and see bottle of champagne and a cake . Thank you so much for making our stay so special and memorable!

Torel Palace is truly a magnificent hotel. My room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The staff were incredibly courteous. Property is well maintained and very original. I loved the library. I loved the combination of a B&B and hotel. Breakfast to order was generous and delicious. The place was lovely and comfortable but the real stars are the staff. So helpful and accommodating!

Premium Porto Downtown is located in Porto's historical centre, 800 metres from Aliados Avenue. We had wonderful time! The hotel waa clean, stuff friendly and the location was perfect and central!
