The linens towels were crisp & clean The location was very good, not too near the noisy area, but accessible to everything!

Well set in Porto, Ribeira Douro Hotel features 2-star accommodation close to Palacio da Bolsa and Ferreira Borges Market. Good location, very friendly and attentive stuff, fresh renovation, new furniture, the bed was very comfortable, good water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was quite varied and tasty.

Breakfast was very good, fresh fruit, eggs and omelots made to order, very good variety, attentive staff. Excellent location for site seeing by foot. The Bolsa Palace and the Church of ST Francis (Unesco site) are literally a block away which gave us something easy to do on a couple of rainy mornings. We would definately stay here again. We were in a room over the lobby, street side and it was very quiet, so excellent soundproofing.
