Moreover, the level of customer service I received was outstanding. Every staff member I interacted with was not only professional but also genuinely caring and attentive to my needs. This level of service truly sets the hotel apart and made my stay in Jeddah all the more enjoyable and stress-free. Rooms facing the red sea are amazing. I was very impressed by the kindness and helpfulness of the front desk staff and our battler. They all went out of their way to accommodate our requests and make us feel at home. Very comfortable and spacious suits.
