During my visit, I faced unforeseen changes in my plans, necessitating adjustments from three bedroom villa to one bed room due to illness of my friends. Hotle staff not only accommodated these changes seamlessly but did so without any penalty fees, which is quite rare in my experience knowing that I travelled more than 40 countries worldwide. Moreover, the level of customer service I received was outstanding. Every staff member I interacted with was not only professional but also genuinely caring and attentive to my needs. This level of service truly sets the hotel apart and made my stay in Jeddah all the more enjoyable and stress-free. I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service and the understanding your team demonstrated. Located in Jeddah, this luxurious 5-star hotel features panoramic Red Sea views. It has 3 restaurants, 5 board rooms, a rooftop swimming pool and a modern gym on the 17th floor. Rooms facing the red sea are amazing. I was very impressed by the kindness and helpfulness of the front desk staff and our battler. They all went out of their way to accommodate our requests and make us feel at home. Very comfortable and spacious suits.
