Property was very close to Haram 7-10 min walk maximum.. very Clean .. and very decent.. with helpful and Friendly reception. Especially Fahad and Hadi whom were very respectful and keen ... l recommend this hotel for anyone want to visit Mekka .

Shuttle Service to/from Haram 24 hours, great. Bed very comfortable, very clean room. Check in/out very smooth, staff at the reception very helpful. Mr. Asim (Assif) Islam from customer service was even very helpful as well as MS.Hanuf. We felt home. Definitly we will choose Double Tree by Hilton for our next stay in Saudi Arabia. Even our appreciation for the Management. Unforgetable holidays in Saudi Arabia.
