The staff are very kind and helpful. specifically Abdulla and Koray. we liked the internal pool, which open from 10:00 to 22:00.

Transfer from airport to hotel flawless. Clean well organised. Breakfast is very good also.rooms are spacious . Staff were extremely welcoming , friendly, and efficient. Would return here again.

Nastanitev Doubletree by Hilton Istanbul Topkapı se nahaja na pragu starega mestnega jedra, le 4 km od zaliva Zlati rog in hriba Pierre Loti ter 8 km od Modre mošeje. Great location. I stayed in multiple locations in Istanbul but this hotel has the best gym. I booked 2 rooms and one of the rooms had a broken fridge, which was replaced it as soon as I called the front desk. Also, Zineb Zahid was very helpful and she kept checking to see how things were. Definitely a great place to stay in.

It is a well equipped hotel with good comfort. The bed is very comfortable , the room offers a desk, chair and a sofa. The staff is welcoming and very helpful. The hotel's location is perfect for travellers, who arrive at and will proceed from Esenler otogar or go to the airport by Havabüs. It is only a short walk from the bus station over to the hotel. Just pass the mosque at the otogar, go down the road besides the mosque and at the end turn right. Then you reach Ciftlik Road and follow it untill you reach Fez inn Hotel on the left side.

I had a very comfortable stay. Spacious room, comfortable bed, everything clean and tidy. Polite stuff. Everything you need for a good stay. I had an early bus so it was very convenient location for me. Next time will stay again.
