Breakfast was good and the room was cleaned and tidied up every day without additional request. The place is also quiet.

The location is fabulous - just a 5-10 min walk (slight upward slope) to the Sultanahmet Square, Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet Mosque, and the T1 tram! The staff were incredibly warm and helpful - Arfa, Resul, Atilla, Ozcan, Mujkaan - to just name a few, were always attentive and full of suggestions and ideas to help. From explaining how the Istanbul Kaart works, to giving us marked-up maps to help understand the tram/metro lines, and arranging a little extra something for us at breakfast... we felt well looked after. Room service was super prompt, whether we were requesting extra bottles of water, milk for our coffee, or even an ice-pack or hot water bottle! It arrived quickly and with a smile. The room and bathroom were well equipped and comfortable. The view from our rooms was fabulous - the Sea of Marmara waits for you :)

Bottles of drinking water were always available. Very good breakfast. There was an elevator to the upper floors. I would come back again and recommend it to others.
