The staff were incredibly friendly and generous especially Ahmad and kawthar. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was great with easy access to public transportation. The breakfast was good with different varieties and the Chef at the breakfast hall was very polite and he gave every one a lot of attention.

The cleaning lady and chefs were so kind and amazing at what they do. The breakfast was nice. The location of the hotel was great with everything nearby.

I was allowed to check in early as a favour and since I was due to check out by midnight for.my connecting flight, the manager alliwed me to utilise my free breakfast that same morning upon check-in. All the major tourist spots are very easy to get to from the tram station, which is 1 minute away from the hotel. Staff were nice and polite, and I would like to thank Mr Serhat and Mr Volkan, who assisted me during my stay, for the help they provided.
