Seyda helped me organizing the driver, Ali, to have the private trips to Ephesus and the rest of 7 churches (Pergamon, Thyatira, Philadelphia and Sardis). Ali, the recommended driver, could take you to authentic places to eat the local food. He was nice, generous (providing snacks on the way) and funny. Soner helped us to get a ride to the airport on the check out day. We were taken care well. We had a great time staying in the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Ufuk, the owner, made sure we got all we needed. There were some bakeries around to get fresh breads for breakfast, drug stores and mini markets to get snacks. The hotel also provided free coffee, teas in their lounge.

Everything but especially the hospitality. My phone was stolen at a nearby drugstore on Wednesday, September 13th. The store security camera saw who took it off the counter, and one of the workers went with me to the police station to file a report. But the police wouldn't take a report saying that since it wasn't a Turkish phone, they couldn't track it. But the hotel manager, Fuat, went back with me to the station and helped me file the report. I got back to my room at 9:15 and at 12:05 AM, the police called Fuat and told him they had picked up the guy who stole my phone. Fuat had already left for the day but came all the way back to return with me to the station to retrieve my phone. He went above and beyond what a hotel manager had to do. His actions in helping to recover my phone relieved a lot of stress and anxiety and made the remaining days of my vacation more enjoyable. Thanks again Fuat.

We stayed in Izmir as a base location for our day trips, so it was perfect location. The hotel is clean, the staff is Friendly, warm and welcoming. Have no reason to complain.

Friendly and very attentive stuff. The hotel is spotless. I appreciated the free bottles of water although there is a chargable mini bar in the room.
