Very comfortable stay. Very professional and the staff was very helpful. Located close to the train station making things even more comfortable. Konak square and the Agora are walking distance. Shoutout to the staff at the reception in the evening (apologies for missing the name) who gave me a good idea of how to go about visiting Ephesus, Şirince and Selcuk on my own.

Conveniently situated in Izmir, Greymark Hotel provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. Everything but especially the hospitality. My phone was stolen at a nearby drugstore on Wednesday, September 13th. The store security camera saw who took it off the counter, and one of the workers went with me to the police station to file a report. But the police wouldn't take a report saying that since it wasn't a Turkish phone, they couldn't track it. But the hotel manager, Fuat, went back with me to the station and helped me file the report. I got back to my room at 9:15 and at 12:05 AM, the police called Fuat and told him they had picked up the guy who stole my phone. Fuat had already left for the day but came all the way back to return with me to the station to retrieve my phone. He went above and beyond what a hotel manager had to do. His actions in helping to recover my phone relieved a lot of stress and anxiety and made the remaining days of my vacation more enjoyable. Thanks again Fuat.

Friendly and very attentive stuff. The hotel is spotless. I appreciated the free bottles of water although there is a chargable mini bar in the room.
