A rooftop lounge with views of the city skyline, on-site modern restaurant and a large indoor lap pool highlight the Loews Chicago Hotel. The hotel was located a few blocks from river and close to most attractions. Staff was very kind and helpful. Lovely terrace bar and restaurant with beautiful views of the skyline.

Complimentary tea, coffee and water in the lobby. Location was great, right beside the blue line that connects to the airport and walking distance to most attractions downtown. Room size was good, bathroom looks like it was freshly renovated.
