Set in New York, 3 km from Yankee Stadium and 3.4 km from Columbia University, Entire floor in a charming townhouse offers air conditioning. At first I was a bit skeptical because there were only 3 reviews on Booking.com. But I was completely satisfied with the apartment. There are several subways within walking distance and there is even a train station. There are enough public parking spaces on the street or one street away. During the 4 days I had to briefly park the car on the other side of the street for 1:30 hours and then return to the same parking lot. Cafes, grocery stores, dry cleaners, restaurants, etc. are also around the corner. The apartment is very stylish, quiet and clean, with a TV room, bathroom and bedroom. WiFi was free. The first access to the apartment worked without contact with a person but only by emailing a numerical code that grants access.

Excellent location, a few blocks away from Metro station. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and beautiful. The room was super clean. Highly recommended if you want to stay in the Uptown.

Situated in New York, Italian style room shared bathroom is a recently renovated accommodation, 2.4 km from Yankee Stadium and 3.6 km from Columbia University. Great facilities, breakfast and chocolates were a nice touch. Enjoyed the coffee machine. Made use of the in room microwave and fridge. Host was very helpful when I had questions and was very responsive via WhatsApp. Everything I needed was there.
