Free WiFi access is available. - the hotel has an excellent location, you can reach all main Manhattan attractions on foot or travelling up to 2-3 subway stations - the lounge on the 27th floor provides a great leisure area with free water, tea, coffee and ice - complimentary laundry and wi-fi plus a gym - the rooms are very clean and well equipped, everything was working as expected - the staff provides immaculate service with my special recognition to Mr. Terence Lloyd who helped out during a very stressful situation
