Just 500 metres from New York City Hall and its park, The Frederick hotel is located in lower downtown Manhattan. I had a very late check-in, unfortunately the girl who was the only one working had zero patience, I wasn't greeted and was treated poorly - however when I made the complaint the next morning, the manager David was incredibly kind, understanding and had provided me with better circumstances, I left extremely happy! Everything is clean and modern, amazing staff, great location, I would definitely stay here again!

Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown is located in the heart of Downtown Manhattan in TriBeCa, less than 700 meters from the iconic Brooklyn Bridge and scenic waterfront Seaport District. My stay was pleasant and staff was courteous. On request, they have extended the check out time as well and definately will recommend others as well.

Located in the Tribeca neighborhood of Manhattan, this hotel is just steps from the Canal Street Subway Station and offers free Wi-Fi in every room. The hotel staff acted quickly and with enough anticipation in order to warn me of problem with my corporate card. It gave me time to address it with my travel agency before check-in.

Perfect location for a city trip to NYC, the staff was very helpful especially when our air-conditioning was broken they even tried late at night to fix it.
