It was a great experience. Staff people always kindness and warm. Rooms very nice and comfortable. Everything clean. We really enjoyed our vacation and we will come back for sure! Just something about breakfast is that you should have different options and not exactly the same everyday.

Just 10 minutes' walk from Union Square and the Financial District, this luxury hotel offers on-site dining. A fitness centre is also available. The hotel itself is very impressive. Once you got to the entrance, there was a valet parking taking care of you and giving atmosphere of a luxurious hotel. The room was clean and big enough to hold 4 people. Breakfast were excellent and the gym was huge.

They have been so accommodating in all our requests including changing layout for our kids sleeping, holding our packages for us in between our two stays, printing our paperwork and even making last minute changes to get us a room when we got snowed in in Tahoe and couldn’t make it back on time. Concierge and the porters team - you really are a wonderful and friendly bunch!
