Newly renovated and situated within 5 minutes’ walk of Ferry Building shops and ferries to Alcatraz, this luxury San Francisco hotel features guest rooms with stunning views of the San Francisco Bay... The hotel is located at a very convenient location. The ambiance of the hotel is great. all staff were very helpful and smiling. room was spacious and beds comfortable. Rooms were clean and with all amenities. The buffet breakfast was ok. Would definitely recommend the hotel.

The hotel was located right in the heart of downtown San Francisco right next to the Crocker Galleria. There was a very pleasant rooftop garden for hotel guests to explore. My room was very quiet even though it was in the city centre. There was free coffee and tea available in the lobby in the morning as well as a special happy hour from 5 to 6 pm every evening for drinks. Staff were always very friendly and helpful.
