The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from great shops and cafes on Haight Street, and super close to a bus stop to travel around the city. The decor is really lovely, staff were really friendly and the bed was SO comfy! There’s some great local cafes and restaurants around Divisadero too

Our two bedroom suite was outstanding, a huge apartment with lots of character and incredibly comfy beds. Great historic photos throughout the hotel and very nice staff. Free wine at 5 each day a nice touch! Breakfast was okay, but convenient to have - all items were pre-made ie. little breakfast sandwiches in plastic wrappers that you reheat in a microwave, but there were also cereals, yogurt etc. Coffee not great but you can go up Stanyan a block to Flywheel for outstanding coffee.
