The location is amazing and the property is really comfortable. Even though the bathroom was not attached to the bedroom it was absolutely no problem and the stay was very comfortable

You get what you pay for. Accomodation is half hotel rooms and half social housing. Room was ok, it has a sink for hand washing and brushing teeth. There was also a fridge and microwave which helped with storing food and microwaving meals. The staff at the desk were very nice and answered every question I had. They allowed me to store my bags there after checkout the day I left. Area is very central with a cable car stop 2 metres away from the door. 10 min walk to fisherman's wharf and plenty of amenities within walking distance.

Located in the lively North Beach Little Italy district, this San Francisco hostel is just 3 minutes’ walk to the renowned City Lights Bookstore and the entertainment district. Free WiFi is provided. Genuinely one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in- they’ve thought of absolutely everything you could possibly need. Added bonus was also the nightly activities with Carrie , awesome way to meet fellow travelers and experience the nightlife and the city.
