I was on a girls trip in South Carolina, when I had my wallet stolen. After a week of taking trains, buses, and Ubers… I finally reached Washington, DC where I last minute booked a room at the Marriott Courtyard. I was tired and stressed upon my arrival at the Marriott, as it’s been a long few days. I’m travelling back to Canada and having some of your personal items stolen from you feels overwhelming in a different country. The HOSPITALITY of the three individuals upon my arrival at the Marriott Courtyard will hands down be the BEST experience I have ever had at a hotel check in. The manager Lyle, and the staff Mo, and Nicole made my entire night. They welcomed me, helped me forget about the crazy week I had - and truly genuinely cared about what I was going through and how they could make my stay a safe and comfortable one. Having your wallet stolen can make you question the good in the world, but Lyle, Mo, and Nicole made me remember there’s always good. Thank you to them for being kind, caring, considerate, and understanding. I highly recommend staying here. The room is cozy. The front lobby is clean and inviting. The location is convenient to town. BUT most importantly the staff are incredible. Thank you Lyle, Mo, and Nicole (ya’ll deserve a raise - all the best).

El Global Luxury Suites at Tribeca ofrece alojamiento en Washington, a 2 km del Capitolio y del Newseum. Excelente ubicación y ameniries. El departamento estaba increíblemente equipado, nuevo y limpio. Nos recibieron con un regalo de bienvenida hermoso y súper útil. El edificio y la zona súper seguro y accesible del metro solo a dos cuadras encontrabas una boca de metro. Las fotos no mienten como pasa en otros lugares de Booking realmente una estadía más que placentera.
