Thr hotel is a gem in the Hanoi area, yes because the hotel is beautiful, but mostly because of the excellent staff there. I stayed for 2 weeks, but then extended for an entire month here because of the team and their ability to make me feel entirely like I was coming home everyday. This is my go to hotel choice in Hanoi now.

We booked this place for 3 weeks and were very happy with it overall. They gave us a great big room with all the amenities. My husband is in IT and he was able to work from home in his room with the fast wifi. Water was always hot, no issues. Very clean with AC and fan. They also have us a hot water boiler for the whole 3 weeks!

From the workers to the location "for us" away from noise and traffic but close enough to commute. Price for what we received was great. Breakfast was great and diverse, room service was the best.

Mai Hotel har ett perfekt läge i området Dong Da District i Hanoi, 3 km från Vietnam Fine Arts Museum, 3 km från Hanoi – Litteraturens tempel och 3,6 km från Ha Noi tågstation. I am travelling with two friends who are a couple. I told the staff that i'd pay some extra if they prepare their room as seen on the pictures. They did id really well, there were even two glasses of red wine on the bed. My room was the same but without any decoration (I told them that it's not needed as I'm alone). The bathtub/whirlpool is really nice 😊 There are quite a lot of different possibilities for the lightning, and they are "warm" lights (not bad quality, way too bright LED like in many other places). @Staff / Owner: you should put another picture of the bathtub on Booking. When i looked at the pictures before booking the two rooms, I wasn't entirely sure if there really is à whirlpool.

Kevin was excellent. He went above and beyond. Great location. Walking distance to the various Hanoi attractions. Many cafes nearby.
