The staff is super nice. The street is really suitable for me who is want some place to drinking and playing all night. Perry is quite good in arrange the tour to Ninh Binh and Halong for me.

Το Bella Rosa Trendy Hotel & Spa βρίσκεται σε βολική τοποθεσία στο κέντρο του προορισμού Ανόι και παρέχει κλιματιζόμενα δωμάτια, δωρεάν ποδήλατα, δωρεάν WiFi και βεράντα. We stayed for 2 nights in March 2024. The room was spacious and clean. The AC was good and powerful. The water pressure was strong. The room has a dedicated hot water line, so we never had to worry about running out of hot water or having to wait for the water to get hot enough to take a shower or bath. I really wanted a bathroom with a bathtub and was not disappointed here. The rain shower was a nice touch. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is right in the middle of the old town and is roughly of equal distance to Hoan Kiem Lake and Dong Xuan market. It is just 50 meters from Ta Hien beer street, but it is far enough that the noises from late parties won't keep you up all night. All these positive aspects of the hotel and yet, the best aspect is the service for us. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. They really went above and beyond for us. As usual, you will need to insert the key to turn the AC and power on. However, we arrived to a very cool room as the staff had already turned on the AC before we arrived to make sure that we didn't come into a warm room, which is important as mosquitoes is a huge problem in the North of Vietnam at this time. We asked for some local food recommendations and were not disappointed. We got room 301 and would highly recommend it. It has a floor to ceiling window that sort of wraps around the corner of the building a little. This corner of the room overlooks both Đào Duy Từ Street and the intersection of Lương Ngọc Quyến and Tạ Hiện. There is a small love seat for you to sit and watch the streets without having to stay outside. I highly recommend it

It was an excellent stay, especially with the behavior & cordial approaches done by Mr. Jakson, the Manager of the hotel. He communicated with me for so long before and inspired me in all respects and when I arrived at the hotel I discovered him as an excellent one. I basically, as a world traveler, will invite the tourists to stay at this hotel with free mind where a special care is taken for every guests and he, Mr. Jakson takes care in particular. Other staff are very friendly also. Room conditions & location are also excellent. I hope the upcoming development for this hotel and I must come this hotel if I come here in Hanoi again. The breakfast includes bread, butter, jam, cereals, yogurt and lots of fruits like watermelon, guava, oranges, bananas, and papaya Aside from that, you have to select from their menu, two dishes. Menus include egg (boiled, scrambled, sunny side up), sausages, fried noodles with veggies, and Chicken Pho (Vietnamese Noodle Soup). The location is good which is surrounded by restaurants and a shopping area. Tracy and Rosy, the hotel receptionists are very helpful and accomodating. They are very willing to help if you need something or if you ask questions. The room is quite small but is very clean.

Το La Renta Center Hotel & Spa παρέχει δωμάτια με κλιματισμό και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο στο Ανόι, σε απόσταση 300μ και 500μ από τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος Πύλη Παλιάς Πόλης του Ανόι και Κουκλοθέατρο Thang Long... It was very local to everything, room was nice and clean. A/C worked perfectly which is well needed for the heat. Above all, the staff was the best part about the stay. Especially ‘Andy’ who made us feel very welcome and comfortable throughout our entire stay!
