This 4-star hotel offers a concierge service and a tour desk. - The staff (especially Mr Dinh Lee) and service was absolutely exceptional and personalised! I had contacted them prior to coming, as I had wanted to organise surprise decorations for my partner’s birthday, and they were really enthusiastic and happy to accommodate! They had given me different ideas and price options, and when we arrived, they completely went above and beyond my expectations! We had flowers, balloons, a cake, rose petals on the bed…They even sung happy birthday to my partner as well, it was so so sweet! - Mr Lee also took care of us personally and he gave us really great recommendations for restaurants around the area and helped us out with having the staff ask about the tickets for the water show!! I seriously cannot stress how fantastic the people are at the hotel! - The location of the hotel is really great as well - right in the Old Quarter and short walking distance to iconic local restaurants. Just a warning though - if you are arriving late in the night, the Old Quarter is closed to vehicles, so you’ll have to walk from the main road (not far). That being said, I would also recommend booking their airport transfer through the hotel too as we had used another company when arriving, but regretted it as it was more expensive and took longer. - The interior decor of the hotel and room itself was really nice too, a real classic feel. Plugs next to each side of the bed is a massive plus! Beds were really comfortable as well.

Popular points of interest nearby include St. Very good location, with all kind of shops and many street performances nearby at weekend. The room was lovely, clean and quiet. Thanks Kelly – the manager on reception was wonderful and helpful, she offered me very good breakfast in its sister hotel where I like to walk 5min every morning. The young man on reception is always available and taking care of all my needs.

Staff were really friendly and helpful especially David and Jake who was always on reception and was a really sweet guy and very helpful. It was good quality and very good value for money.

The location allows to discover Hanoi, walking but also pick-up on the doorstep ain’t a problem. A great offer of streetfood/ restaurants in immediate proximity. The quiet privacy once returned in the room compaired with the hectic streetlife. Very assisting staff. Convenient breakfast on top deck. Definite to come back again !
