The room was clean, neat and tidy, the reception who welcome me with a very positive smile and she make sure i am very accomodated and she make sure my room is ready. She aslp follow up my arrival time by watsapp. Very good and customer oriented staff. I cant remember her name. Annie. Not sure. And the night shift he is also very friendly and always smile with guest. Because of the staff this place make the property service in high quality.

Smeštajni objekat Bella Rosa Trendy Hotel & Spa, na zgodnoj lokaciji u centru grada Hanoj, nudi klimatizovane jedinice, besplatne bicikle, besplatan WiFi i terasu. We stayed for 2 nights in March 2024. The room was spacious and clean. The AC was good and powerful. The water pressure was strong. The room has a dedicated hot water line, so we never had to worry about running out of hot water or having to wait for the water to get hot enough to take a shower or bath. I really wanted a bathroom with a bathtub and was not disappointed here. The rain shower was a nice touch. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is right in the middle of the old town and is roughly of equal distance to Hoan Kiem Lake and Dong Xuan market. It is just 50 meters from Ta Hien beer street, but it is far enough that the noises from late parties won't keep you up all night. All these positive aspects of the hotel and yet, the best aspect is the service for us. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. They really went above and beyond for us. As usual, you will need to insert the key to turn the AC and power on. However, we arrived to a very cool room as the staff had already turned on the AC before we arrived to make sure that we didn't come into a warm room, which is important as mosquitoes is a huge problem in the North of Vietnam at this time. We asked for some local food recommendations and were not disappointed. We got room 301 and would highly recommend it. It has a floor to ceiling window that sort of wraps around the corner of the building a little. This corner of the room overlooks both Đào Duy Từ Street and the intersection of Lương Ngọc Quyến and Tạ Hiện. There is a small love seat for you to sit and watch the streets without having to stay outside. I highly recommend it

Conveniently located in the Old Quarter, Elite Central Hotel Hanoi provides restful stays within easy access of tourist attractions. friendly helpful staff, great location. + Fantastic location in the heart of the old quarter just 30 yards from "beer corner" and yet really quiet tucked down a narrow side street. Staff were really friendly and helpful especially David and Jake who was always on reception and was a really sweet guy and very helpful. It was good quality and very good value for money.

The location allows to discover Hanoi, walking but also pick-up on the doorstep ain’t a problem. A great offer of streetfood/ restaurants in immediate proximity. The quiet privacy once returned in the room compaired with the hectic streetlife. Very assisting staff. Convenient breakfast on top deck. Definite to come back again !

It was very local to everything, room was nice and clean. A/C worked perfectly which is well needed for the heat. Above all, the staff was the best part about the stay. Especially ‘Andy’ who made us feel very welcome and comfortable throughout our entire stay!
