Well set in Hanoi, Golden Sail Hotel & Spa provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. This 4-star hotel offers a concierge service and a tour desk. It was an excellent stay, especially with the behavior & cordial approaches done by Mr. Jakson, the Manager of the hotel. He communicated with me for so long before and inspired me in all respects and when I arrived at the hotel I discovered him as an excellent one. I basically, as a world traveler, will invite the tourists to stay at this hotel with free mind where a special care is taken for every guests and he, Mr. Jakson takes care in particular. Other staff are very friendly also. Room conditions & location are also excellent. I hope the upcoming development for this hotel and I must come this hotel if I come here in Hanoi again. The location is good which is surrounded by restaurants and a shopping area. Tracy and Rosy, the hotel receptionists are very helpful and accomodating. They are very willing to help if you need something or if you ask questions. The room is quite small but is very clean.

Especially ‘Andy’ who made us feel very welcome and comfortable throughout our entire stay!
