Wild Lotus Hotel Apartment 2 อยู่ในฮานอย ห่างจากทะเลสาบเวสต์เลค 2.2 กม. Wonderful stay here. Loved the large rooms, great views of the lake, staff very kind and accommodating. Cool wooden design and luxurious bed. Kitchen access. Lots of great restaurants and cafes in walking distance.

Clean, large rooms, great welcoming and helpful staff, very good value for the money, very private as there are only a few rooms on each floor.

This is my 3rd time staying and furthermore i decided to extend my stay for 20 more days Trust me this is the best place for short and long term stay. Everything is just perfect and that includes fully equipped apartment with all required things including a smart TV with DIGITAL tv service to international English channels. Everything is exactly the same as in the photos. With a balcony to wash clothes including SMART RFID door locks. Everything private and clean. The staff here is really friendly and they will make sure the stay in top notch perfect Room is cleaned and made up every single day which includes daily fresh towels. They are really hard working and do ther best to keep the room clean Winmart is just 70 metres One supermarket is just outside the apartment and pharmacy is just right next to this apartment too including other coffee shops and best thing is west lake is just few metres away around 100 metrea and can take a walk everyday around.

A really lovely room, we were luckily upgraded by the lovely staff since the hotel wasn't too full at that time of year. The team working there were great and very helpful.

This place is so amazing. Away from the hustle and bustle so best if you have your own transport. I have the place all to myself so that makes it even better of course. Beautiful layout. Really nice rooms with great view from each of them.

A big, clean and comfortable appartment with a kitchen, little living room and a nice bathroom. It is located next to the West lake, a bit further from the busy city centre which we liked. We had our laundry done for free.

The hotel looks beautiful and absolutely new. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The bed and pillows are really good for a night's sleep. No complains at all. Room service was very very fast, and the food taste really good. Pricing is reasonable too. Desserts especially was very good. The entire menu has a very wide selection for everyone, vegan options available. Breakfast deserves a shout-out. It's not a buffet, you can make order from their cafe menu. Their local selection was delicious, with a good mix of international food, selection of breads, cereals etc. The taste is very good as well. Service staff are very attentive. Location is good, within walking distance to most places.
