Prepare to be impressed by the well-maintained rooms, boasting a charming kitchenette and invigorating water pressure in the shower. Comfort is guaranteed with the cozy accommodations, complete with a small television and air conditioning. Now, let's talk about the owner, a wonderfully warm-hearted Italian gentleman. Each morning, I was fortunate enough to savor a cup of authentic Italian coffee with him, truly a delightful experience. During my stay, I had a load of laundry to tackle, and the staff kindly allowed me to use their washer, going the extra mile by even hanging my clothes to dry. For a small fee, they even ironed and folded my laundry, ensuring it looked impeccable. The location couldn't be more perfect, especially if you're traveling by car. With free parking available and convenient proximity to the train station and boats that transport you to the charming tourist areas of this region.

The hosts were amazing and offered a variety of wine and products produced on the farm. The food was so far the best we have had in Italy and was always fresh. The view from the room is amazing and the beds super comfortable. We bought some home made products from the farm to take back home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

The apartment is immaculately clean and well equipped. Super safe parking place. Very organized. Really good communication with Augusta, the host, who answers all messages thru Booking very quickly and also gives a lot of time on arrival with really useful info. Beautiful location. Close to Riomaggiore with bus, close to shop and restaurants in Biassa village,with car. Walking distance to on site restaurant for breakfast and dinner (best to reserve and not open Sunday night when we were there end of August) We also walked down to local swimming Punta Pineda, but really only do this if you are used to hiking and heat as it is quite dangerous as very steep(we live and hike in alps). A lot of hiking from the door... Even to Porto Venere, which is also possible by car and bus. Altogether, a great stay. THANK YOU.

The house lord was very kind and gave us great information for the trip to Cinque Terre. Breakfast was very delicious. House is on the hill away from the noise what we like. Great view, alot of nature around.
